تعیین تکنیک بهسازی بهینه ساختمانها در مقابل خرابی پیشرونده با روشهای AHP و TOPSIS

بهبودپایداری ساختمانهای آسیبپذیر در مقابل خرابی پیشرونده با هدف استمرار خدمت رسانی وحفظ سلامت نیروهای انسانی، توسط تکنیکهای بهسازی مختلفی قابل دستیابی است. با انتخاب تکنیکبهسازی بهینه، میزان خسارت به ساختمانهای موجود وتلفات احتمالی نیروی انسانی ناشی از آن رامیتوان با در نظرگیری ملاحظات فنی و اقتصادی کاهش داد. در این مقاله،روالی برای تعیین تکنیکبهینه بهسازی در مقابل خرابی پیشرونده توسط روشهای تصمیمگیری چند معیاره تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی و تاپسیس ارائه شده است. با کاربرد موردی روشهای توسعه داده شده، گزینة "افزودندیواربرشی" به عنوان مناسبترین گزینة بهسازی برای تیپی از ساختمانهای مهم بتنی در برابرخرابی پیشرونده تعیین شد
